Tax: You know Uncle Sam has to get his share; items shipped within Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.

Out Of Stock Items: While we try to keep on the top of our game, sometimes folks shop faster than we can update this site. Occasionally items sell out quickly. If we slacked and your item is out of stock, we will contact you with the quickness and resolve things to your satisfaction.

Shipping Charges and Information: We ship every day of the week - except the Lords day of course. Items shipped to States within this United Nation will come your way via the good ol' United States Postal Service (we love these people). Priority Mail, of course. If you ordered a custom item (why wouldn't you get your name put on your stuff?) you can expect that your item will ship within 2 business days after payment has been received (we need time to make it just right for you). Add this time to shipping time and this means that the pretty red, white and blue box will be on your doorstep within 7-12 days. Sometimes we have to let our people rest so if you place an order on the weekend or on a National Holiday, we'll quickly process your order just as soon as we get back to the studio on the following business day.

Scrapbook items crafted by individual artists not employed by MyKI will be responsible for shipping their items to you. We stand behind our artists and their products, if you experience shipping issues with an artist, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work quickly to resolve any issues you might have.

Returns/Exchanges: We stand behind our products and want you to be overcome with joy! If you are not satisfied with your item, you can always get your money back - we'll even refund your original shipping charge! The down side - we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalized unless there is a manufactures defect in the product itself. While we do our best to ensure that thread colors match as close as possible, we do not guarantee an exact match of thread color to bag color. Scrapbook embellishments can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
